Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup crispy bacon, crumbled
4 cups tater tots or diced potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook Beef: In a skillet, brown the ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Stir in BBQ sauce.
Layer in Casserole Dish: Spread beef mixture in a greased baking dish, top with cheddar cheese, bacon, and a layer of tater tots.
Bake: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes until tots are golden and cheese is melted.
Serve: Serve warm with extra BBQ sauce.
