Ingredients

• 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp black pepper

• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• ½ cup unsalted butter
• ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
• 2 tbsp lemon zest
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 (10 oz) package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
• 1 (10 oz) package cheese tortellini
• ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions

• Season chicken cubes with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
• Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
• Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes.
• Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

• In the same skillet, melt butter.
• Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
• Stir in lemon juice and lemon zest.

• Pour in heavy cream and add Parmesan cheese.
• Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens slightly.

• Stir in the thawed, squeezed spinach and return cooked chicken to pan. Mix well.

• Prepare tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and add to skillet.
• Toss everything together until fully coated in the creamy sauce.

• Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
