Juicy steak + spicy shrimp + sautéed veggies = taco heaven 


8 small flour tortillas 

200g flank steak, sliced thin 

200g shrimp, peeled & deveined 

1/2 red bell pepper, sliced 

1/2 onion, sliced 

2 garlic cloves, minced 

2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
Salt & pepper to taste 

Fresh chopped cilantro 

Lime wedges for serving 


Season steak and shrimp with chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper & garlic.
Heat olive oil in a pan. Sear steak for 2-3 mins until cooked. Remove.
In the same pan, sauté shrimp until pink and just done.
Toss in onions & peppers and cook until slightly charred.
Warm tortillas, then fill with steak, shrimp, and veggie mix.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and squeeze of lime
