  • 1 lb ground breakfast sausage (mild, spicy, or mapleβ€”your pick)

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 4 large eggs

  • Optional: a pinch of black pepper or chopped chives for extra flavor (not counted in the 4 😏)

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin or use silicone liners.

  2. Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until fully browned and crumbled. Drain excess grease.
