Ingredients: 



















– 3 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
– 1 pound pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
– 6 kaiser rolls (or more if needed)
– 1 jar alfredo sauce (about 15 oz)
– 1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter, melted
– 3-4 teaspoons garlic and herb seasoning
– ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. cook the chicken – season the chicken cubes with garlic and herb seasoning, salt, and pepper. heat a pan over medium-high heat with a little olive oil and cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
2. cook the pasta – bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
3. prepare the bread bowls – slice the tops off the kaiser rolls and hollow out the centers to create a bowl shape.
4. make garlic butter – mix the melted butter with garlic and herb seasoning. brush the inside and edges of the bread bowls with the garlic butter.
5. bake the bread bowls – place the bread bowls on a baking sheet and bake at 375°f for 4-5 minutes until lightly toasted.
6. combine pasta and sauce – add the cooked pasta and alfredo sauce to the pan with the chicken. mix everything until well coated.
7. assemble the bowls – fill each bread bowl with the chicken alfredo mixture. sprinkle shredded parmesan cheese on top.
8. bake again – return to the oven for another 4-5 minutes, until the cheese melts and the bread is crispy.
9. serve and enjoy! – garnish with fresh parsley or red pepper flakes for extra flavor. enjoy while warm!
