Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
6 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 package of crescent roll dough (or pizza dough)
3 tbsp melted garlic butter (butter mixed with 2 cloves of minced garlic and a pinch of parsley)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
Directions

Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the beef: In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Season with salt and black pepper. Drain excess fat and set aside to cool slightly.
Prepare the dough: Roll out the crescent dough or pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
Assemble the rollups: Spread the cooked ground beef evenly over the dough. Sprinkle the chopped bacon and shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Roll and cut: Roll the dough tightly from one long side to the other to form a log. Slice into 1-inch pieces and place them on a greased baking sheet or in a muffin tin for more structure.
Brush with garlic butter: Generously brush the tops with melted garlic butter.
Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
