**Ingredients:**
– 1 lb steak tips or cubes
– 10 oz rotini or fusilli pasta
– 2 tbsp butter
– 1 tbsp honey
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to heat preference)
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
– Salt and pepper to taste
**Instructions:**
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2. Sear steak in 1 tbsp butter with salt and pepper until browned. Remove from pan.
3. Add remaining butter, garlic, and honey to the pan. Let it bubble, then add red pepper flakes and cream.
4. Stir in Parmesan until melted and thickened slightly.
5. Add pasta and steak to the sauce. Toss to coat everything well.
6. Serve warm with extra chili flakes if desired.
