Ingredients:
2 lbs sirloin steak, cubed
4 large potatoes, diced
1 onion, diced
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup beef broth
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
Seasonings: Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika
Instructions:

In your crockpot, layer the cubed steak, diced potatoes, and diced onion. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika for flavor.

In a small bowl, mix the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Pour this mixture evenly over the layers in the crockpot.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or on HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the steak is tender and the potatoes are perfectly cooked.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top during the last 10–15 minutes of cooking. Cover and let it melt.
