1. Prep Chicken:

Butterfly each chicken breast and pound it thin.

Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic & onion powder.

Place mozzarella in the center, fold the chicken over, and secure edges with toothpicks or wrap tightly with plastic wrap and chill (optional for shaping).
2. Breading Station:

Dredge stuffed chicken in flour (shake off excess).

Dip in whisked egg + milk mixture.

Coat in crushed cornflakes/panko with seasoning.
