🍓 Strawberry Swirl Ice Cream & Soft Serve Cups

🛒 Ingredients:

For the Ice Cream Base (no-churn style):

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Strawberry Swirl:

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Optional Toppings:

  • Fresh strawberries, halved

  • Chocolate shavings

  • Whipped cream

  • Crushed graham crackers or cookies


🍓 Strawberry Swirl Sauce

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, add strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice.

  2. Cook until strawberries break down and mixture thickens (about 10-12 mins).

  3. Mash slightly and let it cool. Chill in the fridge.


🍦 No-Churn Ice Cream Base

  1. Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.

  2. Fold in condensed milk and vanilla gently until fully combined.

  3. Pour half into a loaf pan, drizzle some strawberry sauce, swirl with a knife.

  4. Repeat with remaining ice cream and sauce.

  5. Freeze 6 hours or overnight.


🍧 For the Soft-Serve Style (Optional):

  1. Let the no-churn base soften slightly.

  2. Blend or whip it slightly and pipe into a cup using a piping bag with a star tip.

  3. Garnish with strawberries, drizzle extra sauce, and top with whipped cream or chocolate shavings.


🥣 Parfait Build Option:

Layer in clear cups:

  1. Ice cream or soft-serve

  2. Swirl in strawberry sauce

  3. Add fresh fruit or whipped cream

  4. Repeat layers

  5. Top with a big swirl of soft-serve + strawberries
