
– 1 lb (450g) sliced turkey pastrami
– 1 cup (240ml) sauerkraut, drained
– 4 oz (113g) Swiss cheese, sliced
– 4 large whole wheat tortillas
– 2 tbsp (30ml) Dijon mustard
– 1 tbsp (15ml) olive oil

1. Lay out tortillas and spread Dijon mustard evenly.
2. Layer turkey pastrami, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese on each tortilla.
3. Roll each tortilla tightly, then slice in half.
4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
5. Place rolls seam-side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Feel free to swap out the turkey pastrami for other deli meats like chicken for a different flavor.
Add some pickles inside for an extra crunch!
