1 lb ground beef
8 oz pasta (rotini or fusilli)
2 cups marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions 👩🍳
1️⃣ Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
3️⃣ Add marinara sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet with the beef. Stir to combine.
4️⃣ Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix until evenly coated with the sauce.
5️⃣ Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the pasta mixture. Cover and let the cheese melt for 3-5 minutes, or place under a broiler until bubbly.
6️⃣ Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
