Ingredients:
2 large chicken breasts, butterflied
Β½ teaspoon salt
Β½ teaspoon black pepper
Β½ teaspoon garlic powder
Β½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Β½ teaspoon paprika
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
Β½ cup roasted red peppers, sliced
Β½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken:
Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
Butterfly the chicken breasts (cut them open like a book without slicing all the way through).
Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
Make the Filling:
