🍝🍅 Bruschetta Chicken Pasta – Fresh, Flavorful & Satisfying! 🍗✨

This Bruschetta Chicken Pasta combines juicy grilled chicken with fresh cherry tomatoes and aromatic herbs, tossed with perfectly cooked pasta.
**🍴 Ingredients:**
– 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
– 1 pound penne pasta
– 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
– 3 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
**🥣 Directions:**
1. **Cook the Pasta:**
– Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
– Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions.
– Drain and set aside.
2. **Prepare the Chicken:**
– Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
– Grill or pan-sear the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
– Slice into thin strips and set aside.
3. **Make the Bruschetta Mixture:**
– In a bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
– Toss well and let it sit for 5-10 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
4. **Combine & Serve:**
– In a large skillet, add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken.
– Pour the bruschetta mixture over the top and toss gently to combine.
– Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
