π Ingredients
For the Steak Bites:

1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

Salt & black pepper, to taste

1 tsp paprika
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
2 tbsp butter
-
4 cloves garlic, minced
-
Optional: fresh parsley or chili flakes for garnish
For the Pasta:

8 oz shell pasta
-
2 tbsp butter
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
1/2 cup pasta water
-
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (or more to taste)

Salt & pepper, to taste
π³ Instructions
1. Cook the Shell Pasta

Bring salted water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente.

Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain.
2. Make the Parmesan Cream Sauce

In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat.

Add 2 cloves garlic, sautΓ© for about 30 seconds.

Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently.

Stir in Parmesan cheese and pasta water until smooth and creamy.

Season with salt and pepper, then stir in the cooked shell pasta. Keep warm on low heat.
3. Sear the Steak Bites

Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over high heat.

Sear steak cubes in batches (donβt crowd the pan), 1β2 min per side until browned.

Add 2 tbsp butter and 4 cloves garlic. Baste the steak in garlic butter for 1 more minute.

Remove from heat and toss with chopped parsley or a pinch of chili flakes if you want a kick.
4. Combine & Serve

Plate creamy shell pasta and top with garlic butter steak bites.

Sprinkle extra Parmesan and maybe a little fresh cracked pepper or herbs.
