Jalapeño Cream Cheese Dip

🔥 Ingredients:

  • 6 roasted jalapeños (seeds removed for less heat, if preferred)

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 6 oz white cheddar, shredded

  • 1 tbsp chili powder or smoked paprika (for that smoky depth)

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp ground cumin

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Chili flakes (for garnish)


🥣 Instructions:

  1. Roast your jalapeños

    • Either broil, grill, or char them over an open flame until the skins blister.

    • Let cool, peel off skins, remove seeds if you want it milder, and chop.

  2. Blend the base

    • In a bowl or food processor, combine cream cheese, shredded white cheddar, chopped jalapeños, spices, salt, and pepper.

    • Mix until smooth and creamy.

  3. Heat it up (optional but recommended)

    • Pour the dip into an oven-safe dish.

    • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes until hot and bubbly.

    • Alternatively, heat it in a saucepan over medium-low until melted.

  4. Top it off

    • Sprinkle with chili flakes for that extra kick.

    • Optional: Add a drizzle of honey for a spicy-sweet contrast. 🔥🍯

  5. Serve hot

    • Pair with tortilla chips, crackers, or even veggie sticks.


Want to add a twist? You can mix in bacon bits, corn, or even a dash of lime juice for brightness.
