πŸ§„πŸ”₯ Garlic Butter Grilled Lobster Tails

πŸ“ Ingredients:

  • 4 lobster tails

  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

  • Lemon wedges, for serving

πŸ§‘β€πŸ³ Instructions:

  1. Prep the lobster tails:

    • Using kitchen shears, cut down the center of the top shell of each lobster tail.

    • Gently pull the meat out and place it on top of the shell (but still attached at the base). This is called β€œpiggybacking” β€” it helps the meat cook evenly and look amazing.

  2. Make garlic butter:

    • In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  3. Season the lobster:

    • Brush the garlic butter generously over the lobster meat.

    • Save some for basting during grilling.

  4. Grill (or broil) the tails:

    • Grill method: Preheat grill to medium-high. Place tails meat-side up on foil or a grill-safe pan. Grill for 8–10 minutes, basting halfway, until opaque and slightly charred.

    • Oven method: Broil on high (about 5–6 inches from heat) for 8–10 minutes, brushing with garlic butter halfway through.

  5. Serve it up:

    • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

🍽️ Tips:

  • Add a dash of Cajun seasoning or Old Bay for a spicy twist.

  • Pair with rice, roasted potatoes, or crusty bread to soak up that butter.
