• 2 lbs (900g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
• ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
• ¼ cup beef broth
• 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tsp onion powder
• ½ tsp smoked paprika
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• 2 tbsp butter, cut into small pieces
• Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

1️⃣ Prep the Steak
Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels—this helps them sear and soak up flavor better.
