1½–2 lbs smoked beef brisket, chopped or shredded
1 large onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
½ cup BBQ sauce (your favorite)
For the Sandwich Build:
4 hoagie rolls
1½ cups provolone, mozzarella, or cheddar (melty is key)
2 tbsp butter (for toasting rolls)
