Garlic Butter Steak Tips with Cheesy Rigatoni

**Ingredients:**
– 1½ lbs sirloin steak tips, cut into bite-sized pieces
– Salt & pepper, to taste
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 3 tbsp butter
– 4 garlic cloves, minced
– ½ tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
– 12 oz rigatoni pasta
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella
– ½ cup grated Parmesan
– ¾ cup heavy cream
– ½ cup milk
– 1 tsp Italian seasoning
– Fresh parsley, for garnish
**Instructions:**
1. **Cook Pasta:** Boil rigatoni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2. **Sear Steak:** Season steak tips with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites 2–3 minutes per side until browned and just cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3. **Make Sauce:** In the same skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using); sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Stir in heavy cream and milk, and bring to a low simmer. Add mozzarella, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Stir until cheese melts and sauce thickens slightly.
5. **Combine:** Toss in the cooked rigatoni and steak tips. Stir gently to coat everything in the cheesy garlic sauce.
6. **Serve:** Top with parsley and extra Parmesan, if desired.
