Oven-Baked Chicken Drumsticks with Garlic Potatoes & Broccoli 🍗🥦

📝 Ingredients:
For the Chicken Drumsticks:
4 chicken drumsticks
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
½ tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning
For the Garlic Potatoes:
3 medium red or Yukon gold potatoes, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
½ tsp rosemary or parsley
Salt & pepper to taste
For the Broccoli:
1½ cups broccoli florets
1 tsp butter or olive oil
Pinch of salt
🍽️ How to Make It:
1️⃣ Bake the Drumsticks:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss drumsticks in olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and herbs. Bake on a foil-lined tray for 35–40 mins, flipping halfway—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and major dinner win.
