Creamy Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo 



Lusciously creamy, garlicky, and shrimp-loaded pasta perfection!

200g fettuccine pasta
10–12 large shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 tbsp unsalted butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water, then drain.

Heat olive oil in a pan. Season shrimp with salt and pepper, then sear for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and tender. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, melt butter. Sauté garlic for 1 minute, then add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Simmer until thickened (3–4 minutes).

Add fettuccine and pasta water to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly, then gently fold in cooked shrimp.

Plate up and sprinkle with chopped parsley and freshly cracked pepper.
