Creamy Cajun Steak Alfredo 🍝🌶

🛒 Ingredients:
For the Pasta:
12 oz fettuccine pasta

For the Steak:
1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak, sliced into strips

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

Salt & pepper, to taste

For the Alfredo Sauce:
2 cups heavy cream

2 tbsp butter

3–4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

½ tsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)

Salt & pepper, to taste

Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes for heat

Fresh parsley or green onions, for garnish

👨‍🍳 Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta
Boil the fettuccine in salted water according to package directions.

Drain and set aside, reserving about ½ cup of the pasta water.

2. Cook the Steak
Season steak strips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear steak strips for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and just cooked through. Remove and set aside.

3. Make the Alfredo Sauce
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium.

Add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute.

Pour in the heavy cream, stir, and let simmer for 3–4 minutes to thicken slightly.

Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

Season with Cajun seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.

4. Combine Everything
Add cooked pasta to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.

If too thick, add a splash of reserved pasta water to loosen.

Return steak strips to the pan and stir to warm through.

5. Garnish & Serve
Plate it up and top with chopped parsley or green onions.

Serve hot with garlic bread and maybe a glass of wine 🍷😉

🔥 Chef’s Tips:
Want extra veggies? Add sautéed mushrooms, spinach, or sun-dried tomatoes.

You can swap steak for shrimp or chicken for variation.

Let me know if you want a spicy blackened version or a lower-fat sauce option!
