Melt-in-your-mouth magic with every bite!

For the Cookie Dough:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
For the Brownie Layer:
1/2 box brownie mix (plus ingredients per package: oil, egg, water)
For the Cheesecake Filling:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract


Mix brownie batter as instructed and set aside. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Chill the cheesecake filling.

Cream together butter and sugars. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt until dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips.

Flatten a scoop of cookie dough. Layer with a small brownie dollop and a spoon of cheesecake mixture in the center. Top with more cookie dough to seal and shape into a ball.

Chill cookie balls for 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place cookies on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12–14 minutes until golden and gooey.

Let cool slightly before serving. The molten centers are best warm!
