Indulge in Garlic Butter Lobster Tails Tonight!

Ingredients:
4 lobster tails
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Lobster Tails:
Using kitchen shears, carefully cut along the top of each lobster shell. Gently lift the meat out and place it on top while keeping it attached the base.
2. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3. Coat & Marinate:
Generously brush the lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture. Let it rest for about 10 minutes absorb the flavors.
4. Broil to Perfection:
Preheat your oven’s broiler to high. Arrange the lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for 8–10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and lightly golden.
5. Garnish & Serve:
Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over lobster tails and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
