🥩🥩Grilled Pineapple Teriyaki Salmon

**Ingredients:
– 2 salmon fillets
– ½ cup teriyaki sauce
– 1 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
– 1 tsp garlic, minced
– 1 tsp ginger, grated
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– ½ cup fresh pineapple chunks
– 1 tbsp chopped parsley or cilantro
– Salt and black pepper to taste
**Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey (or brown sugar), garlic, and ginger.
2. Marinate the salmon in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat a grill or pan over medium heat. Brush with olive oil.
4. Grill the salmon for 4-5 minutes per side, brushing with marinade, until caramelized and cooked through.
5. Meanwhile, grill pineapple chunks until slightly charred.
6. Serve the salmon with grilled pineapple, garnished with parsley or cilantro.
