Ingredients 

For the Salmon:
2 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sriracha
1 tbsp olive oil
For the Bowl:
2 cups cooked white rice
1/2 cucumber sliced
2 green onions sliced
For the Spicy Mayo
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp sriracha
1 tsp lime juice
Instructions
Step 1: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and sriracha. Add salmon fillets and coat well. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon for 3–4 minutes per side until caramelized and cooked through. Set aside to rest.
Step 3: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice to make spicy mayo. Stir until smooth.
Step 4: Divide rice into two bowls. Top with cooked salmon, cucumber slices, and green onions. Drizzle with spicy mayo. Serve immediately.
