Clean, colorful, and protein-packed for any time of day!

1 chicken breast, grilled and sliced
1/2 cup cooked white rice
1/2 cup steamed broccoli florets
1/2 cup sautéed or steamed carrots
1/4 cup roasted yellow squash
1 tsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Green onions (for garnish)


Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Grill over medium heat for 5–7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Let rest, then slice.

Prepare white rice according to package instructions. Fluff with a fork and set aside.

Steam broccoli and carrots until tender (about 4–5 minutes). Season lightly with salt.

Lightly oil sliced yellow squash and roast at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes, or sauté in a pan until golden.

Plate rice, grilled chicken, broccoli, carrots, and squash. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
