Southern comfort in a bowl—juicy, buttery, and bold!

1 lb large shrimp, shell-on or peeled & deveined
1 lb baby red potatoes, halved
2 ears corn on the cob, cut into thirds
12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
1 small onion, quartered
3 tbsp Old Bay or Cajun seasoning
1 lemon, halved
Garlic Butter Sauce:
½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

In a large pot, boil potatoes in salted water for 10 minutes. Add corn and onion, cook 5 more minutes.

Add sausage and shrimp to the pot with seasoning and lemon halves. Boil 3–4 minutes until shrimp is pink and cooked. Drain and transfer everything to a large bowl.

In a saucepan, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper. Pour half over the bowl and toss to coat.

Serve hot with remaining garlic butter on the side for dipping. Garnish with more parsley or lemon wedges.
