Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups 🧄🥓🍔

These garlic butter bacon cheeseburger rollups are a savory twist on a classic cheeseburger, packed with cheese, bacon, and all the flavors of a cheeseburger in a bite-sized, irresistible roll. Perfect for game nights, parties, or a quick family dinner!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 sheet refrigerated pizza dough (or crescent roll dough)
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp minced garlic
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Directions:
Cook the Filling: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess fat, then stir in cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the mixture is creamy and well combined.
Roll Out the Dough: Roll the pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
Add the Filling & Roll: Spread the beef mixture evenly over the dough. Roll it up tightly and slice into 1-inch rounds.
Make the Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, combine melted butter and minced garlic.
Bake the Rollups: Place the rollups on a greased baking sheet and brush with garlic butter. Bake at 375°F for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.
Serve & Enjoy: Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
