8 oz (1 block) cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)

1/2 cup sour cream or mayo

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp paprika (plus more for topping)

1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or Cajun seasoning)

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 cup small cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tbsp chopped green onions or parsley

Optional: 1 tsp hot sauce or red pepper flakes for heat

Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).

In a bowl, mix together:

Cream cheese

Sour cream/mayo

Garlic powder, onion powder

Lemon juice

Seasonings (Old Bay, paprika, etc.)

Half the cheddar cheese

Stir in the shrimp, chopped into smaller pieces if large.

Transfer to a baking dish, spreading evenly.

Top with extra shredded cheddar and sprinkle more paprika and chopped herbs (parsley/green onions).

Bake uncovered for 20โ25 minutes, until hot and bubbly with a golden top.
